TR Academy has been running for 20 plus years now, growing from strength to strength in that time. We have been running our uniquely structured Multi-Sports and Activities Camps as well as after school and weekend basketball classes out of Tolka Rovers (Griffith Ave. Ext.) and Beneavin College (off Glasnevin Ave).
Our Multi-Sports and Activities Camps take place during all uniformly scheduled school holidays for primary school aged children.
Our Multi-Sports and Activities Camp summer camps, which are run for a period of 7 week in the summer is a big hit. The camps we run during Halloween school break, February Mid-Term and the 2 weeks of Easter are very well attended and have grown in popularity over the years. Our “New Year Camp” is run based on when school restart in January, are great way to get back into the swing of things and catching up with friends the kids have not seen in a while.
Our Multi-Sports and Activities Camps take place in Beneavin College (just off Glasnevin Ave).
Which is completely enclosed with vast amounts space, including, but not limited to 2 large indoor, outdoor grassed (Football pitch), 2 All-Weather pitches and 2 outdoor basketball sized tarmacked areas.
The Basketball Academy has produced a number of basketball players still playing on teams throughout Dublin men’s, women’s and underage leagues, representing county and country. We have periodically run our Basketball Camps, open to players who are playing in the Dublin Basketball Leagues (DLBB & DMBB). TR Academy has been increasingly invested in pursuing opportunities to reach out to local schools to teach young students the game we love. TR Academy has recently expanded to offer 1 on 1 private basketball tutoring with select players who are playing in Dublin Basketball Leagues.
