TR Basketball Academy Camps are what my kids look forward to most during the summer holidays and term breaks. For the last 10 years I have availed of their excellent services for Easter & Halloween Breaks and at least 2 weeks every summer. Their full day inclusive programme means the kids have both up and downtime each day, they get to meet a variety of other kids and lifelong friendships have been formed. We'll be first on the list as soon as booking reopens. A completely safe haven for playing when school is out. I can't recommend TR enough.

My two boys (now aged 9y/11y) attended the TR Academy Easter and Summer Camps for at least three years in a row, from when they were 4y/6y. They thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it. My boys are quite sporty so the range of activities undertaken was great for them. Every day they looked forward to attending, it was never a battle. Even now, my eldest talks about becoming a coach in "Praha's Camp" when he's old enough, Camp The coaches had a wonderful way of engaging with my boys and I always felt they were well supervised during the day. I would highly recommend the TR Academy Camp and Praha to anyone.

TR Academy came to our school St. Kevin’s B.N.S. for three years and did an after school basketball camp with our boys, in the junior and senior classes. The boys loved it and it was great to see the boys develop their skills and confidence over the weeks. Instructors were organised and encouraging but firm and great at encouraging shy and anxious boys .It was a joy to see them participate and enjoy the activities and develop skills. The parents loved the camp as they could see how much the boys developed their skills and how they enjoyed each session and looked forward to the next one! Praha has been coaching basketball in St. Canice’s Boys’ School to all age groups from junior infants to sixth class over the past number of years. Praha is well organised, punctual and has an excellent rapport with the pupils and staff. I often attend his coaching to learn from him, with his encompassing ability to have the boys listen attentively and learn seamlessly. His encouraging disciplined teaching challenges the pupils to achieve the best for themselves which has transferred to areas outside of basketball practice, learning skills to apply in everyday life. We are so blessed to have Praha coach here each week and look forward to many years of learning from him.

My daughters attended the camps run by Praha for a number of years. The camp was fantastic, and the staff were really friendly and caring. The camp maintained high standards of care while producing a wide variety of activities over the years. They transitioned to the basketball academy classes, especially my younger daughter where she developed knowledge and skills on the court. From there went on to join the basketball team which she thoroughly enjoys and can't wait to get back to when the Level 5 restrictions are lifted.

My daughter was lucky to participate in a couple of classes before lockdown came she absolutely loved it! She’s quiet shy and I could see how confident she was becoming each week with the encouragement from her coaches in the weekly lessons. Coaches are all great with the kids and really show an interest in improving the kids’ basketball skills while making sure the kids are enjoying the lesson. A lovely group of kids down there too. My daughter has made some great friends. Would definitely recommend.
