• The siblings discount only applies immediate family members.
• Full payment is taken when booking online upon submission.
• To avail of any discounts, bookings must be made together, discounts may not be added in after the bookings have been made.
• Refunds are only available if requested, via email (trbballacademy@gmail.com), 7 days (By midnight Sunday previous if the camp commences on a Monday) prior to the commencement of the the week of the camp (or basketball classes) that the child is booked into. 
• A credit note maybe granted is a request is made prior to 3 days, via email (trbballacademy@gmail.com), (By midnight Thursday if the camp commences on a Monday) before the commencement of the camp (or basketball classes). The credit is non transferable.
• All and any refunds will incur an automatic 10% (minimum of €5 upto a maximum of €20) handling charge.
• Camp runs from Monday-Friday, cannot split weeks, i.e. Thursday & Friday 1 week and Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday on the 2nd week.
• You will receive a confirmation email immediately upon us receiving your booking complete. If you have not received one in your inbox of the email address provided, please check you spam folder. Please ensure that our email address (trbballacademy@gmail.com) is in your contact list.

Terms And Conditions TR Academy is open to children between the ages of 3 to 13 (3-10 for after school and weekend basketball classes), provided they are fully toilet trained. TR Academy is not responsible for any child left unsupervised outside the opening hours of the camp. TR Academy in the event of unforeseen circumstances reserves the right to make venue changes. In consideration of the acceptance of above named child in TR Academy the applicant agrees that TR Academy and/or their employees will not be held responsible for any accidents or loss of personal property, however caused. Any participant whose conduct is deemed by the camp manager to be detrimental to the best interest of the programme will be dismissed-no refund will be made. The use of mobile phones or any entertainment related electronic device is not permitted during any of TR Academy’s camps.

TR Academy reserves the right to modify or delete any activity in the event of unforeseen circumstances. Places are allocated on first come first served basis. Permission is granted to seek medical treatment in the event of a serious accident/injury. A confirmation email  will be sent as proof of booking your booking, please retain it for any potential changes that you may require, without which, changes may not be made. Photographs/Videos may be taken for promotional use for TR Academy related activities. Payment is regarded as acceptance of the booking conditions.
